Add-on Overview
The Large File Support Add-on improves StoreMove when importing and exporting larger WooCommerce data files. It works with the main StoreMove import and export screens instead of creating separate import or export workflows.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.0 or later.
- PHP 7.4 or later.
- WooCommerce must be installed and active.
- StoreMove must be installed and active.
- An active license is required before the Add-on options appear in StoreMove.
- You need an administrator account, or an account with permission to manage StoreMove.
What It Does
- Detects large import and export jobs.
- Processes supported jobs in smaller batches where needed.
- Helps reduce timeout and memory issues on limited servers.
- Supports split export files when exports are too large for one file.
- Connects export history and logs with the main StoreMove History page.
How It Works
Continue using the normal StoreMove Import and Export pages. When the add-on is active, it enhances those workflows behind the scenes for large files. Smaller jobs can continue to run normally, while larger jobs may use safer processing behavior.

- Server Status:Â Shows server limits and readiness information that can affect large jobs.
- License:Â Manages the add-on license and updates.
Importing Large Files
Go to the main StoreMove Import page, choose the correct import type, upload the file, and start the import. The add-on helps StoreMove process larger files more safely when large file handling is needed.
Exporting Large Files
Go to the main StoreMove Export page and run the export as usual. If an export is split into multiple files, the parts are available from the main StoreMove History page.
History and Logs
Import and export results remain available in the main StoreMove History and Logs areas. The add-on does not use a separate history page.
Recommended Use
Use this add-on when working with larger WooCommerce product, order, customer, review, refund, or related StoreMove files. For best results, keep StoreMove, WooCommerce, and this add-on updated.
