Test a Master SMTP Connection

The Email Test feature in Master SMTP allows you to quickly verify that your mailer connection is working correctly. It helps you confirm that your website can send emails successfully and makes it easier to identify configuration issues before using the connection for real website emails.

How to Send a Test Email

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Master SMTP > Email Test.

Connection: If you only have one connection, it will already be selected. If you have multiple connections, choose the connection you want to test from the dropdown list.

To: Enter the email address where you want to receive the test email.

Send As: Select HTML or Plain Text to choose the email format.

The Subject and Content are generated automatically by the plugin template.

Click Send Email.

If the connection is working correctly, you should receive the test email in your inbox.

Troubleshooting

If you do not receive the test email, check the Email Log tab to review the error details.

If you are unable to solve the issue, create a support ticket at codemasterhub.com/support/ and include the exact error message so it can be reviewed.
